The ARC Music Festival brings ZHU, Eric Prydz, Adam Beyer, Nicole Moudaber and more to Chicago
The birthplace of house music has its own house and techno festival ARC Music Festival, should take place on September 4th and 5th, 2021.
The festival will be ushered in by a star-studded cast, including Adam Beyer, FISHERMAN, ZHU, Eric Prydz, jellyfish, Bob Moses, Hot since 82, Deborah de Luca, Luciano, Nicole Moudaber and more. Chicago Gene Farris, DJ Heather, Derrick Carter and Hiroko Yamamura represent their city in the lineup.
The ARC Music Festival is the first to offer all three Eric Prydz aliases in one weekend. The festival includes sets by Eric Prydz and Cirez D. – and a closing ticket party under the heading Decoratewill take place in Radius in Chicago.
With many popular international acts, the ARC Music Festival brings “the global scene to the birthplace of house music”. But Joe Calderone, director of marketing for a co-host of the festival, Auris Presents, says the festival will represent everything that is Chicago:
We want to make sure the music festival is really representative of the city … We’re from Chicago, so it’s a Chicago festival for Chicago. So we want to make sure that every aspect is reflected (from the kitchen to the sound to the music production and the experience).
The organizers say this is the first stage in the unveiling of the lineup. More will be announced in the coming months. The event features four stages and impressive art installations during its two-day run in Chicago’s Union Park.
Tickets are available today at 12 p.m. CST.
