Is SNL new tonight? Here is what we all know concerning the subsequent episode

The presenter Regina King is the queen in this evening’s episode.

This week, Saturday night live serves a serious dose of sexy with host Nick Jonas. Last week, SNL was hosted by Bridgerton star Regé-Jean page. Page flexed his comedy muscles with a sketch of Bridgerton (of course) a brilliant sketch about guys who love Olivia RodrigoThe song “Driver’s License” and even a sketch about Page’s British accent. Page’s hosting gig was one of the best episodes of season 46 hosted by Schitt’s Creek alum And Levy come in less than a second.

This week’s episode will be moderated by Jonas with musical guest … Nick Jonas. That’s right: this week the actor / singer will do double duty as he helps finish a stellar February run on SNL. The February 27 episode will be Jonas’ hosting debut, but hopefully it should be a breeze. To date, in addition to his music career, Jonas has put together a pretty acting resume with roles in Scream Queens, kingdom, and Jumanji: Welcome to the jungle among the highlights. This is also Jonas’ second time as a musical solo guest at SNL. He has already appeared twice on SNL as part of the Jonas Brothers’ musical guest appearances in 2009 and 2019. All in all, Jonas is an absolute SNL professional at this point.

After Jonas’ episode this weekend, we don’t know who will host the next SNL. In recent weeks, SNL has made it a habit to announce the presenter for the next week shortly before or during the latest episode on the air. It is entirely possible that this pattern will be repeated again on February 27th. So keep your eyes peeled for the big news.

Saturday Night Live airs Saturdays at 11:30 PM ET / 8:30 PM PT. All previous episodes of Saturday Night Live season 46 can be streamed on Peacock and Hulu. Also check out the very fun (and sexy!) Update from Jonas from the Saturday Night Live offices.
