Could Zack Snyder’s Justice League 2 actually happen after the last Warner Bros. deal?

That is a huge unknown at this stage. Plus, negotiations are still ongoing and this deal could stall long before it is closed. But there were a couple of things that struck me after reading coverage of that merger between Warner and Discovery, AT & T’s exit, and David Zaslav’s rise to leadership at the combined companies. First, Variety notes that Zaslav is considered a “strong-willed CEO” who has a reputation for “changing strategic gears quickly when the results don’t meet his needs”. What if he takes on his new role, watches the worldwide streaming numbers for Zack Snyder’s Justice League (which were previously protected from the public) and decides that the SnyderVerse is a worthy franchise to support? Stranger things have happened.
